The Stakeholder Mindset Alignment Assessment evaluates the degree of alignment between stakeholder mindsets and organizational objectives. The final report identifies areas of staff Unease with the Change effort.
To use the survey, answer each question honestly, reflecting on your observations of stakeholder attitudes, behaviors, and expressed beliefs. Dante then generates a comprehensive report highlighting areas of strong alignment, potential conflicts, and opportunities for improved communication and engagement.
This assessment guides you in developing a targeted strategy for effective transformation implementation, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, understood, and aligned with the organization’s vision.
The report includes recommendations for addressing misalignments, enhancing communication strategies, and fostering a shared mindset that supports the transformation goals.
Stakeholder “unease” acknowledges that what might appear as resistance is often a manifestation of cognitive dissonance, overload, or misalignment between personal values and organizational changes.
This assessment helps preempt potential stakeholder unease with the transformation program by identifying and addressing mindset misalignment early. Then, transformation leaders can resolve issues to create a relatively “friction-less” path to Change.
The Stakeholder Mindset Alignment Assessment is a 15-question survey. grounded in decades of change management expertise. Its analysis and report provide crucial insights into stakeholder perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes regarding the ongoing transformation.
In this context, “Mindset” refers to the collective mental attitudes, beliefs, and assumptions held by stakeholders about the organization and its transformation efforts. “Alignment” measures how closely these mindsets match the organization’s stated goals, values, and transformation objectives.
